Julia’s Jungle Kitchen officially began in November 2015 when California-born surfer, musician, gardener, homesteader and avid cook, Julia Blumenthal, decided to focus on bringing healthy, unprocessed food to the Sayulita community. It started as an online business making bone broth, chocolate and other healthy foods, but since having babies, it has transitioned into making chocolates for various stores in the area, as well as, custom cakes. Julia has lived in Sayulita, Mexico since 2007.
